Nice. The packaging was clean, sturdy, and everything arrived in perfect shape. Nothing was bent or broken, which I always appreciate. it felt like they actually cared about how it showed up. Solid.

"Okay experience, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to MexiStuff about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me. I’m not sure if I was just being impatient, but it took longer than I expected. Once they replied, they were polite and helpful enough. Overall, it was fine, though I do think the response time could be better.

"Pretty Easy Checkout"
Checking out on mexistuff was simple and didn’t take long at all. I did have to go back and double-check my address once, but the payment went through without any issues. Overall it was a good experience, though I do wish the shipping info was clearer. Websites always seem to make that part harder to find than it needs to be.

"Had the Mexican Snacks I’d Been Looking For"
I was trying to stock up on a few Mexican snacks that always seem to be sold out everywhere else, and mexistuff actually had them in stock. Checkout was straightforward, and I didn’t have to waste time swapping things out at the last second. if something shows as available, it should really be available, so it was nice to have the order go the way you’d expect.

I ordered from mexistuff.com because the prices seemed better than a few other places I looked at, the shipping wasn’t bad either. A couple things maybe could’ve been a bit cheaper, but nothing felt overpriced or like a ripoff. Overall it felt fair to me, I’d probably buy from them again

"Looks good, but the experience was impersonal"
It looks nice at first glance, but it felt kind of cheap once I had it in hand. What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t really any human contact during the whole process, just automated messages and no real person to ask questions or get help from. Overall, it was okay-looking, but the quality and service didn’t really impress me.

I did get updates eventually, but they were way too slow most of the time. It felt like they just didn’t care enough to keep me in the loop, which was really frustrating.

"Refund came through, but the return was a hassle"
I did end up getting my refund, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole return process took way longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was getting different answers depending on who I talked to. One person said it was being processed, another said they were still waiting on something, and it just felt like nobody was on the same page. It worked out in the end, but it was definitely more annoying than it needed to be...

"Helpful once they got back to me"
Customer service was actually helpful once I finally heard back from them. They answered my questions and got the issue sorted, so I can’t really complain too much. It did feel a little slow though, and I had to follow up once, which is kind of how these things always seem to go. Overall, not a bad experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother.

"Shipping was honestly faster than expected"
My order showed up sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy to follow, and the package arrived in good shape. it feels good dealing with a company that follows through like that, if you take someone’s money, getting their order to them on time is just the right thing to do. Happy with the shipping overall.

"Pretty decent chips, salsa was kinda off"
The chips seemed fresh and were nice and crunchy, but the salsa tasted a little old or like it had been sitting around for a while. Not terrible, just not super great either.

"Pretty reliable overall"
I ordered a few things from mexistuff and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. The package showed up on the day they said it would, so maybe I was overthinking it. The tracking updates weren’t the fastest, but they were steady enough that I didn’t really have to worry. I’d probably use them again.

I found what I needed fast, which was nice. Checkout was fine overall, nothing confusing, but a few pages did load a little slower than I expected. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny spinning icon that made me think of a washing machine for some reason. Other than that, it got the job done.

I ordered from MexiStuff and, for the most part, the tracking seemed to update fine on most days. It did show up a little later than I was hoping, but I guess that can happen. Everything was packed well when it arrived, so overall I’d say it was a okay experience

"Checkout Felt Safe and Easy"
I’ll admit I’m kind of picky when it comes to trying new sites, so I was a little hesitant ordering from MexiStuff at first. But the payment page looked legit, and the whole checkout went through smoothly without any sketchy redirects or anything odd. I got my confirmation right away, and I kept an eye on my card after just in case, no weird charges showed up. Overall, it was simple and felt secure enough for me. I’d use them again.
